OK! I know you don't want to hear this, but you have to stop eating because you're board. If you don't have anything to do, you could read, dance, go see a good movie or take a long walk with a friend you haven't spent time with in ages. According to Learning ZoneXpress, "Many people snack to alleviate their feelings of boredom, but its important to listen to your stomach rather than your mind". When you first realize you're hungry, you should drink a full glass of water and or eat some fruit. Also, you should never start off eating  your full course meal. Rather, you should start with a salad or a light soup before attacking each meal. Remember to chew slow and drink plenty of water during your meal so that you can feel full faster. If you truly love yourself, you wont have any problems making any changes that would benefit your overall health in the long run. Stay true to yourself!!!
